Breathe and Flow – Stretching for anytime of day!

In keeping with my 40 days to Sparkle – here is a post to help with todays Fitness Tip – To Breath and Be Flexible.

Try to flow through this series 3-5 times today.  Do it in the morning, as an afternoon break or to wind you down in the evening.  You only need a little bit of space and that’s it!
