Class 1 - Overview
This 40 minute class will work your whole body. All the main muscle groups are targeted and a little mix of interval cardio training is thrown in. Good for all levels, can be modified. Props needed, weights of any kind.
Class 2 - Overview
This 40 minute class is good for all levels. Work your core, your spinal mobility and flexibility. Props needed: a yoga strap, belt or towel and a ball or block. Mat or carpeted area will work.
