Class 1 - Overview
This 45 minute class will work your whole body. All the main muscle groups are targeted and a little mix of interval cardio training is thrown in. Good for all levels, can be modified. Props needed, weights of any kind.
Class 2 - Overview
This 60 minute class is good for all levels. Work your core, your spinal mobility and flexibility. Props needed: a magic circle and a mat. Stretching the last 15 minutes.
