Class Overview
This 50 minute Online Zoom Pilates Class will work your whole body. All the main muscle groups are targeted with main focus on the core. Good for all levels, can be modified. Props needed: weights of any kind, bands, small ball. Venmo/Paypal accepted. Contact whatthefitness.com for Zoom link/code.
