Sun’s Out! Gun’s Out! Toned and Tan Triceps!

Well maybe not tan, as we haven’t seen much sun lately, but definitely toned!  This simple tricep exercise will get your triceps toned in time for summertime!

You need some tubing….a Spri Band or a Thera Band.  The resistance goes by color and thickness.  I am using a Blue Spri band, which is one of the more challenging bands.  For Spri bands, yellow is the easiest, then Green, then Red and then Blue is the hardest.

Make sure you keep your arms close by your body so that you don’t use your shoulders, but your triceps instead.

Do 3 sets of 10.  You will feel the burn on this one!
