Virtual Online Classes Via Zoom – What you need to get started.

Hello!

During this tough time, I am offering classes for you to stay fit, stay healthy and stay sane!   All Classes are 40 minutes and complimentary, although a donation to my Venmo or Pay pal account is always appreciated!

On a Computer
Please visit https://zoom.us/  and select “Sign Up, It’s Free”, enter your information in the necessary fields. 
You will receive an email to activate your account. Select 
Activate Account on the email and create your password for the account. 
For a Mobile Device (ie. iPad, Tablet, iPhone)
Visit the app store and download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings App
Once the app has downloaded, select SIGN UP and follow the prompts to create your account. 
You will receive an email to Activate your account. Select 
Activate Account on the email and create your password for the account. 
What props do I need:
Since we don’t know how long we will be quarantined, I would buy some or all of the following for a well supplied Pilates/Barre/Yoga Toolbox:  

1) Hand weights or weighted balls/wrist or ankle weights 1-3 pounds
2) Magic Circle
3) Balls.  One that is soft and squishy and perhaps a medicine ball (6-10 pounds) if you plan on doing circuit classes.  
4) Full or half foam roller (4’ x 6” diameter is the full size round roller).  White is the easiest, most forgiving and black is the hardest.  A blue or grey one are ideal for most participants.  
5) Yoga Strap and Yoga Block – a belt or books work as well.  
6) 6’ – 8’ medium to strong strength theraband. A Spri band works as well.
