This 40 minute class will work your whole body. All the main muscle groups are targeted and a little mix of interval cardio training is thrown in. Good for all levels, can be modified. Props needed, weights of any kind.

Pilates Mat

This 40 minute class is good for all levels. Work your core, increase spinal mobility and flexibility. Props needed: A mat and a strap. This class is followed immediately at 11:45am MST with a Stretch Class.
