Class 1 - Overview
This 45 minute class will work your whole body. All the main muscle groups are targeted and a little mix of interval cardio training is thrown in. Good for all levels, can be modified. Props needed, weights of any kind, bands, balls.
Class 2 - Overview
Pilates Mat class. Good for all levels. 60 minutes. Pilates exercises incorporating weights for added intensity. 1 - 3 pound weights are recommended. An additional 15 minutes will be devoted to stretching at the end. Need a foam roller, small ball and yoga strap.
