Class Schedule for Week of June 29th – July 1st.

4Wow!  July is fast approaching. This year’s 4th of July celebrations will look decidedly different from past years.  That does not mean, however, that we can’t celebrate and have some traditional picnic fare of grilled burgers, potato salad and homemade apple pie.  I’ve included two of my favorite dessert recipes in this post.  The apple pie is one of my favorites and the buster bar pie recipe is one of my new favs.  Remember, life is too short, eat the dessert!

Yes, I am taking a couple of days off this week.  No live classes on Thursday or Friday.  You can check out some videos on this website or go to my youtube page to find some workouts.

M/W – 11am Pilates Mat

Tues – 4pm – Stretch/Core
