Happy New Year!

Happy New Year My Friends! 

1As we begin the first full week of 2016 and get back into the swing of work, workouts and scheduling, I want to take a moment to ask what you want to accomplish in your fitness routines this year?

Do you want buns of steel, flat abs, better cardiovascular health, stress reduction?  Maybe it’s a combination of things.  Maybe it’s as simple as just getting to the gym once or twice a week or getting in that run or yoga class.

Take a moment to think about this and then let me know.  I’d like to make a commitment to you and your goals and post about things that will make a difference to you.
