The Melt Method for your Feet

Last week I introduced an exercise called “Castanets” for your hands.  This week is the Melt Method for your Feet.  Using little balls with varying hardness (one soft and one hard) you will roll your foot on the ball.  This will provide your feet with a treat!  If done consistently, you will notice an improvement in those little aches and pains in your body, find a bit more flexibility and experience better posture and alignment.  It only takes 10 minutes out of your day.
