Pilates Challenge – Round 2

As Susan enters Week 7 of her Pilates Challenge, I’m starting to look ahead to what next?  A lot of you have asked me if you could be my next “victim” ahem, I mean participant!  Well, I’ve been thinking about it and since I only have one of me and many of you I’m thinking a group class format would work nicely!

Here is what I’m thinking:

  • Group Pilates Class 3X per week.  Classes would include a combination of reformer, mat, chair, tower or circuit type of class.

  • An 8-10 week program.

  • 1 Private Pilates Session with me.

  • Homework – meaning you would have cardio session assignments to do on your own each week (i.e do 30 minutes on the treadmill)

  • Accountability – I would measure you before, during and after the program.

  • Teamwork – you would have other students to help motivate you!

  • Program would be held at Bay Club Marin and maybe one at Bay Club San Francisco as well.

  • Cost – TBD

  • Class size would be small 6-8 people.
