Over the weekend I lead a Pilates Teacher Training in Manhattan Beach, CA. I had a lovely group of students whom were all motivated and ready to learn Pilates! They inspired me! Here is a short video on their teaser practice and some photos of them as they practiced during the weekend.
The training program is a 3 month long Pilates Mat Certification lead by yours truly and assisted by the lovely Cyndi Moraitis! At the end of the program the participants will be required to perform an Advanced Level Pilates Mat Class and take a written exam on the principles of Pilates, the history of Pilates, and also about Pilates in general. There is also an anatomy exam and some required reading materials for them to tackle in the upcoming months! Stay tuned on their progress!
