Wednesday Workout! Barre Fusion for Legs

In this workout I’ll give you some great tips to tone your thighs!  What you need:

  1.  A chair or barre or wall for balance
  2. A thin piece of paper, a towel – basically something really thin that makes you grip with your inner thighs.

The Workout:

10 pulses

10 pelvic tucks

10 squeezes of your prop

10 doing all of the above

Do this 3 times through to make your legs quake!
