My friend Alexis helped me out with some videos recently. Alexis is a certified Pilates Instructor….she went through my very first Pilates Training. She is also a certified Booty Barre Instructor and a dance teacher. We did these moves in Barre class on Wednesday.
In the new year I will be adding another Barre Class to the schedule at SF Bay Club on Fridays. Be on the lookout!
