Pilates Reformer – Finding Length in Footwork and 100’s

In my previous post, I showed you how to stand on the floor and become taller, then how to lie on the floor and find more length in the 100’s.  Now we will take those same principles and transfer them to the reformer.

All springs are recommended for the footwork exercise and 2  springs are recommended for the 100’s.

Remember to stand tall throughout your day!  Studies prove that standing up straighter brightens your mood.  Slumpy shoulders and posture put your mood in the dumps.  So stand like a super hero and you’ll begin to feel and act like one!
