10 Bicep curls while you maintain the scoop of your abdominals
Lift your legs one at a time until you are in a tabletop position
Maintain your balance as you do 10 more bicep curls while maintaining your pilates scoop.
Repeat 2 more times
The Cadillac version is harder as the spring is heavier and tends to want to pull you forward out of your pelvic tuck. Scoot closer to the tower poles and lower the bar to make the exercise a bit easier and scoot back and raise the bar higher for a more challenging workout.
