1.  Can the color you wear to the gym make a difference in your workout?  Um yeah!  

  • Red – can amp you up and get you psyched for a boot camp type class.  It boosts adrenaline and excitement!

  • Purple – It calms the mind and nervous system.  Great color to wear for yoga or mind body exercising in the evening.

  • Green – we associate it with nature, which in turn makes us more grateful and appreciative. Wear this color if you are having a “fat” day!

  • Blue – Calms jitters and may reduce how hard you think you are working.  Think about wearing blue for your next race or marathon!

  • Yellow – Makes you happy!  It gives off happy vibes which may motivate you to workout on a dreary day or when you are feeling tired.

2.  Skin Enhancing Drinks – Fact or Fiction? 

There is truth to this!  If you drink anything with carrots, spinach and papaya in it!

If you drink 2 cups for 7 weeks, you should notice a brighter complexion!

You could also drink 2 cups of Orange Juice instead to see a boost in your complexion.

Culinary Aragan Oil, about  1 1/2 tablespoons ingested daily will give your skin a glow and feel tighter.
