For one month, I engaged in an elimination diet. I gave up “all the fun stuff” but actually it was the most allergenic foods. For me the challenges were no wheat or dairy. I had to get smarter about my snack and meal choices and make sure that I had alternatives to “busy day” recipes of pizza and pasta.
