Pilates Full Hang on the Cadillac!

This video is so beautiful!  Her flexibility is amazing!  I’ve taught this exercise to one of my students, right Michelle!  🙂  I’m hoping to post my own version of it soon.

The benefits of Full Hang are decompression in the spine and hips.  It also helps with circulation and blood flow.  After hanging upside down for a few minutes, you will feel stretched out and refreshed!  Please do not try this on your own.  Always have a certified instructor present to help spot and correct form.
