TAKE 5

Take 5 reminds us that it only takes literally a few minutes to feel that sense of accomplishment of getting something done.  Don’t procrastinate….Just Do It!    Read on!

1.  Take 5 to take a good look at all the great exercise classes that are available to you at your health club or at surrounding, local fitness boutiques (Soul Cycle, Barry’s Gym, Crossfit, PureBarre, TRX, BodyRok)  Maybe this is the year to try something new?  Maybe try Pilates or a Dance Class or even a Spinning Class.  The Bay Club has so many great instructors and classes, it’s time you tried some new ones!  Grab a pal and get going!

2.  Take 5 and make a Bucket List!  Already have one?  Then dust it off and check off what you’ve already accomplished and then add some new ones to the list.   I’ve already checked one off my list this year…..Spanish Immersion Classes in Mexico!   Get crackin’ and update or make that list!  Life is short!

3.  Take 5 and put on your best smile!  Feels good, doesn’t it?  Now see if you can keep it on for more than 5 minutes 🙂
