TAKE 5

Take 5 reminds us that it only takes literally a few minutes to feel that sense of accomplishment of getting something done.  Don’t procrastinate….Just Do It!    Read on!

1.  Take 5 to update your health!  Make those appointments for the dentist, your annual physical, the mammogram and the gynocologist.  Come on….pick up the phone and make those appointments!

2.  Take 5 and be mindful!  In the chaos and hectic pace of our daily lives we can get so caught up with all those little details that we can hardly focus or breath!  Give yourself a gift of 5 deep, calming breaths and 5 minutes to enjoy a mindful, meditative, calm moment.  Ahhhh

That’s it!  I’ve decided to keep the list short and sweet and simple!
