Today’s video is about abs and inner thighs! This quick, effective workout takes only a few minutes to do and really zero’s in on your abdominals! The combination of working your inner thighs at the same time as your abs just kills it!!!!
Form tips:
- While holding your abdominal curl, make sure your shoulders are lifted off the floor and you are folded or curled at your bra line to be more effective.
- Keep your eyes on your “zipper” – your low abdominals. By keeping your eyes low, instead of on the ceiling, you take strain out of your neck and shoulders.
- While squeezing your ball or magic circle think of doing a kegel each time you squeeze – that really will get your core strong and you will really feel it! Also EXHALE as you squeeze, kegel and crunch.
Routine Tips:
- Do 10 repetitions of each exercise
- Repeat the whole sequence 3X.
- Hold your curl, your squeeze and your booty lift at the very end for a few extra seconds to finish off your abdominals!
