Barre Fit Workout! WTF Workout Original!

Here is a quick 3 minute video on how to work your chest, triceps and legs plus get your heart rate up!  Using a folding chair and a yoga mat to keep it from slipping, try this sequence 3X thru.

  • Lunges Side to Side with Standing Squats and Arm Pumps – 3X
  • Set of 10 Pushups
  • Set of 10 Tricep Dips

Repeat the above sequence three more times!

Voila!  Cardio, Legs, Chest and Triceps….Done!
