Booty Burn! Try these booty firming exercises!

Gluteus Maximus -the anatomically correct name for your booty.  Most of us want our maximus to be minimus!  Try this workout to tighten and tone your backside.  Feel free to channel your inner Beyonce!

My friend, Alexis, is a certified Pilates and Booty Barre instructor and she is sharing some of her great tips on how to firm up the glutes.

Here’s how you get your workout on:

  • Do 2-3 sets of 10 for each exercise.
  • The chair option is for those that don’t want to kneel or put too much pressure on the hands.  Being elevated will help so that you can focus on what’s important….the booty!
