Pass It On! 7 Exercises You Can Do At Your Desk by Jen Diaz for Athleta

Hello!  My friend Judi passed this along to me and it is a great, quick read.  It says the average American sits 7-15 hours per day!  That’s nuts!  Read on to see some exercises you can do to help alleviate tightness in your body if you are literally chained to your desk all day!  Make sure to take frequent breaks throughout your day to stand up and stretch your legs.  Set a timer as a reminder!
