Deconstructing the Pilates Boomerang!

This is a complicated exercise!  There are a lot of things going on in this mat exercise, so I decided to break it down into manageable parts.  Inside of one exercise you see The Rollup, The Rollover, The Teaser and Rowings on the Reformer.  I’ve broken it down into these 4 smaller parts to master first, then put it all together for the Boomerang!
