Summer Shape Up Challenge – Workout # 5 – TRX

This workout is on the TRX.  It’s a versatile piece of equipment developed by a Navy Seal so that he could take his workouts, wherever in the world he was, with him.  If you don’t have a TRX, then follow along with the other options I give on the video and you’ll be just fine.

Props Needed:

Mat

TRX

Ball, Gliders or Towels, Bosu or a Balance Board – All of this in place of a TRX.

  1.  Pilates Rollup – 10 reps
  2. Planking – 10 reps
  3. Jumping Jacks – 10-20 reps
  4. Pushups – 10 reps

Repeat the whole sequence three times.
