Summer Shape Up – Cardio Workout!

Here are some cardio options for you to do over the weekend.

Option #1 – Doesn’t utilize any equipment other than a jump rope.  Don’t have a jump rope?  Then just pretend you do and air jump!  It also has no running in the routine, which some of you may find appealing!

Option #2 – Treadmill Shredmill Workout!  I like this one because I don’t like running and it keeps me busy and entertained changing the incline and the speed the whole time.  🙂
