Workout Wednesday – Barre Fusion Workout

Happy Hump Day!

Today is Workout Wednesday and I’ve got a Barre Fusion Workout for you to try!  This workout will get your heart rate up, tone your legs and arms!

Here’s the Drill:

Do 3 sets on each leg

Then perform 3 sets of the arms

I like to do all the leg work at once to really get the heart rate up and then all the arm work at once to really work the arms out.

In case you were wondering, I like to keep my video’s short.  I realize that we all have busy lives and that you will get the general idea of what to do with only a few minutes of video.  I know I don’t like to sit and watch long video’s – my attention wanders….so I keep mine short and simple.
