Final Weigh In Wednesday!

Ten Weeks!  Thirty Sessions!  Done!  Accomplished!  Successful!  Proud!  Fit!  Fabulous!  Friendship!

These are some of the words I would use to describe the last 10 weeks with Susan!  I asked her back in December if she would consider doing this challenge and posting about it.  Why did I ask her to do this?

  • I asked her to consider it because I knew she was motivated to get into better shape and make her health a priority.

  •  I asked her because I wanted to be able to prove that you can see a difference in 30 sessions of Pilates without having to drastically change your diet and other aspects of your life.

  • I asked her because I felt it would be an informative and fun process to follow on this site.

I hope you have enjoyed the journey, I have!  I am so proud of Susan’s committment to the program and making time in her busy life to make this a priority.  She is a busy lady and I can tell you that this was not a cake walk to get 3 sessions a week scheduled.

She did an amazing job, she has learned more about her body and what it is capable of and how it should move properly.  She successfully lost inches and increased her flexibility which were our 2 main goals.  She looks great and hopefully feels great as well!

Most of the time that we were doing our sessions, we had the studio all to ourselves, which was fun!  We accomplished not only fitness goals, but we tried to solve world peace!  We had some good conversations about life and family and goals and I came away making a friend as well!  Bonus!

So how did she do?  Drum roll please…….

Lost: 

1 inch on the Bust

2 inches in the Waist 

2 inches in the Hips 

1 inch in the Booty

Thighs stayed the same, but we evened them out so that one leg wasn’t bigger than the other! 

1/4 inch lost on Biceps

3 pounds lost in Total Weight 

8 inches GAINED in Sit and Reach Flexibility Test!

My next challenge begins in April at Bay Club Marin on Monday and Wednesdays at 4pm.  This next challenge is a small group training program.  If you are interested contact me at boostevens3@gmail.com
