This Wednesday Workout targets the inner and outer thighs and the glutes (buttocks). It’s easy, quick and efficient! PJ, my bulldog, wanted to make an appearance at the end! He’s such a ham!
Inner Thighs – Do 10 reps of each….the top leg, both legs, bottom leg and then both legs again
Glutes – Perform 10 reps and then roll onto your other side and repeat the inner thigh portion on the other side
Outer Thighs – Do 10 reps each using the top leg, both legs, bottom leg and then both legs again
Glutes – Roll onto your stomach and perform 10 reps of the glute squeezes and then roll onto your other side to complete the other leg.
All Done! Easy! Efficient! Effective!
