Thanks to ALL of you for your support and participation during this crazy week! You all should be congratulated on your commitment to fitness and staying healthy! I appreciated your patience this week as we navigated the Zoom website and figured things out to make it a more enjoyable experience for everyone. Unfortunately, I’m unable to fix glitches like no video or audio or getting kicked off the site. I’ve talked to many different people, using many different platforms (Google suites, FB Live, Skype) and Zoom seems to be the best of them. I think everyone, everywhere is not immune to this. I will continue to look for suggestions on how to fix this.
I know this is a very uncertain time for all of us and our livelihoods. I will offer classes on a donation based service. The longer this lockdown continues, I may switch to a fee based service for classes. I will keep you posted and updated. Until then you can make donations to my Venmo or Paypal accounts. Message me for more information.
Tool box of equipment for classes. Get creative! Most classes you should have small weights, strap, mat, ball, bands and blocks handy. If you don’t have anything, make due with what you have.
