Barre Fusion for Lean Legs!

I teach a Barre Fusion Class at Bay Club San Francisco on Wednesdays at Noon every week.  It’s a 45 minute high energy class!  Come join me some time!

I LOVE Barre Classes!  They are so effective at sculpting your body!  The movements are tiny and concentrated, the intensity is sky high and the results are amazing!  I’ve seen students really see a difference in their thighs by doing this kind of workout 3X per week.  Your thighs will get definition and will slim down in all the right places.  You will have a perky booty and lean legs if you follow this program 2-3 times per week.  Remember, the shake is GOOD!  It means things are happening to the muscle.  Be proud that your legs are quivering!

For the arm portion, holding the arms out builds muscle endurance just by holding them up.  If you have a shoulder injury, no need to use weights, just keep your arms up throughout the whole segment. Make sure to engage your shoulder girdle to hold the arms up.

Workout Review:

Squat in Parallel

10 pulsing squats with feet flat

10 pulsing squats with feet in releve (tip toes)

10 pulsing ball squeezes – on tip toes

10 pelvic tucks – on tip toes

10 reps trying to do all of the above (pulsing squat, ball squeeze and tuck)

Repeat same routine in external and internal rotation of the leg!
