Why is it called The 100’s?  Because you do 100 arm pumps – yes it’s as simple as that!  In 2 simple steps you can achieve the 100’s.

STEP 1:  Inhale your breath for 5 arm pumps and you exhale your breath for a count of 5 arm pumps (That’s one breath in 10 arm pumps)

STEP 2: Repeat 9 more times so that you have done 10 full breaths and 100 arm pumps (Make sure your breath is smooth and deep, not choppy and panting)
