Hello my dears!
I wanted to share some information with you about this exciting event I’ll be helping with. The 2018 Colorado Athletic Club Wellness Retreat in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado! The event is June 22-24 and we will be hiking, visiting the hot springs, soaking up the beautiful scenery and partaking in some yoga, dance and fitness classes and learning about nutrition.
