Barre Workout – Get Shapely Legs!

Barre Workouts get your legs in shape!  Shapely shape that is!  The formula for doing small endurance moves that make your legs literally shake and quake is what transforms your thighs.  Try this short routine and then repeat it 2-3 more times for an awesome workout!

I teach Barre Fusion classes at Bay Club SF on Wednesdays and Fridays at 12pm-12:45pm.  Come join me one of these days! PJ tried to participate, but then he just decided to take a nap!  Go figure!  Hopefully you don’t do the same!  🙂
