Foam Rolling 101

Foam Rolling is good for you!  It loosens up tight muscles that could be pulling on your knees, hips and back.  Rolling out your legs and glutes will release this tension and make you feel so much better.

This video will show you how to roll out your glutes (buttocks) and legs…primarily your IT Band….the muscle that runs down the outside of your leg.  Do this video at least once a week, twice would be even better!

Use a blue or green foam roller for medium pressure, a black one for lots of pressure and white for easy pressure.
