40 Days to Spark some Sparkle – Days 35-40

IMG_9012Here we go…..the last few ideas to create some Sparkle in your New Year!  I’ve really enjoyed doing this, it has inspired me to do new things this year and not just pay lip service to New Year’s Resolutions.

I’ve started off getting massages once a month – I did one in January and have my February one on the books.

I’m going on about 30 days of Tumeric and feel that it really has made a difference in my joint pain, which was totally worth the research!

I’m trying to foam roll 3X per week, but it’s more like 1X.  Baby Steps.  You’ll see a post later this week on How To Foam Roll your Legs.

Here are the last 5 “Sparks”

  • LuLaRoe, Bark Box, Stitch Fix, Birchbox, the list goes on and on….most of these brands provide you with some monthly treats that aren’t all that expensive and give you something to look forward to….a little retail therapy is always good!  I just bought a pair of cute Valentine leggings from my sister-in-law that are so soft and comfy and only cost me $25 from LuLaRoe.  Click on her link for more info or for any of the others listed.
