Friday Fun Fitness Workout!

This workout is fun and efficient!  You will get your heart rate up, strengthen your legs with lunges and tone your biceps and shoulders with this workout!

You will need a sticky mat (make sure it stays put on the floor and doesn’t slide) and a set of weights.  I suggest you start with 2-3 pound weights and then increase as you get stronger.  I’d rather you get the movement correct rather than lift heavier weight.

For the cardio portion, set the weights down if they are heavier than 3 pounds so that you don’t injure your shoulders while moving at a faster pace.  Do 30 seconds of the cardio portion and then move back into the strength portion.

Strength – Side Lunge with bicep curls and shoulder presses – 20 reps.

Cardio – 30 seconds of hopping over the mat as fast as you can.

Repeat two more times!
