Summer Shape Up – Workout #4

Happy Monday!  Let’s get the week started off strong with some Monday Motivation!  This workout includes lunges and squats for the legs.  Bicep curls, tricep extensions and shoulder presses for the arms.  Twisting and side bends to whittle your waist away and if you keep moving quickly and do 3 sets total, your heart rate will get elevated burning some extra calories!  Comprehensive, fun and efficient!  Check, Check, Check.

Do 10-15 reps of the lunges then 3 sets of the twisting/bending.  That counts as one round.  Repeat two more times for a total of 3 rounds.

Use anywhere from 2 pound weights up to 10 pound weights.
