Summer Shape Up – Workout #3

This workout focuses on the upper body.  You will get the triceps and chest working with dips and pushups and you will also get your abdominals working by this ab series.  I have added extension to the abdominal series so that you get a bigger, better range of motion, which will work your abs even harder and open up tight shoulders and chests.

Combine these two videos together.  Do Video #1 – The Chair, once through, then do Video #2 once through, then repeat 2 more times – Video #1 and Video #2.  You will get your heart rate elevated and get your upper body looking tight and toned in no time.
