Monday Magic Circle Mat – Inner and Outer Thighs

Hey there!  Hope you all had a nice Easter or nice Passover!  But now, it’s Monday and it’s time to Hop To It – leftover Easter pun!  🙂

Today starts off with the magic circle.  The magic circle was created by Joe Pilates from the metal ring that made wine casks!  There’s your trivia for today.  It wasn’t Suzanne Sommers and her thigh master that came first, it was Joe’s Magic Circle!

The target muscles today are the inner and outer thighs – your adductors and your abductors.  You will also be working your outer hip and gluteus medius quite intensely as well!

Props Needed:

  • Mat
  • Magic Circle or a ball if you don’t have a magic circle

Reps and Sets:

  • 10 repetitions and 2 – 3 sets of each exercise should suffice in giving you a good booty burn and inner thigh workout.
