Workout Wednesday – Pilates Mat Exercises

Ok, Ok!  I know!  I missed Monday Mat!  But I was on an airplane and then I had some trouble getting the video to download!  But here is your Monday Mat in the form of Workout Wednesday!

This was filmed on the beautiful island of Kauai on the Princeville Golf Course!  I was trying to make it short so that a golfer wouldn’t come up and want to tee off!

The exercises are the Single Leg and Double Leg Kicks.  Two more extension exercises.  As always, if you have questions or comments you can post them here or email me directly at info@whatthefitness.com
