Happy Easter! Once again I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support, participation and donations. Seeing your faces every morning and afternoon has added a little bit of sunshine in this crazy time. Thank you! I’m grateful to you!
I have a couple of class descriptions to clarify: the Yoga Stretch does minimal downward dogs and no chaturanga’s. It is mainly a stretch class with a few sun salutations to set our focus. It is good for all levels.
The Circuit Class is like a Weights for Dummies Class. I try to target all the major muscle groups and use weights that are available to us. It is important to do our best to maintain the muscle mass we already have. Squats, lunges, pushups, rows, bicep and tricep exercises as well as some abs are what you will be doing. It is becoming my favorite class. Join me this week and try it! Good for all levels, modifications are provided.
