Wednesday Workout!

Here is a quick 2 minute video to give you some ideas and incentive to get those arms ready for tank top and sundress weather.

You have some options:

Do a set with weights.  Use no heavier than 3lb weights.  Do 2-3 sets of 10 reps.

Do a set with the arms and legs with no weights or a lighter weight like 1lb.  Do 2-3 sets of 10 repetitions.

Do a set just with the arm motion and do it quickly.

Tight and toned arms…..here you come!  Enjoy!
