Breathing Exercises to Invigorate your Mind and Body!

In 40 Days of Sparkle – one suggestion is to take 5 and breathe – so here you go!

This video will show you a couple of different ways to breathe.  Some are influenced by Pilates and some are influenced by Yoga.  Some you exhale through your mouth, in others, you exhale through your nose and in one you do percussive breathing.

In any case, taking a few moments to just breathe will help with:

  • stress!
  • energize you!
  • give your body a boost!

Sit comfortably on the floor, or in a chair if you are taking a few minutes at work.

Close your eyes
