Tricep Trifecta Workout

Here ya go!  In my 40 Days to Spark some Sparkle, Day 10 is about working your Triceps!  Here you go!

The Tricep Muscle is my favorite arm muscle to work.  Why?  Because who wants arm flab?  At least twice a week I work my triceps.  No arm flab here!  I don’t do heavy lifting at all, just 2 pound weights and this series of exercises.  Swear!  The key is to not stop moving, don’t take breaks!  Even if you don’t use weight, it will be effective because the exercise is kept small and free of momentum – tiny and tight is what I call it.  You want to keep doing the repetitions to fatigue the muscle.

  • Perform 3 sets of each individual exercise
  • Perform all 3 exercises in a row – no stopping
  • Watch your Triceps Tighten Up!
