These stretches are delicious! The stretches target the side of your waist, hips and low back. You will need a mat and 2 yoga blocks or books to prop your elbows on. Try using one yoga block at first and turn it vertically, then adjust as needed by turning the block horizontal for a greater stretch. You shouldn’t need more than one block for each side.
Please note that if you feel pain or pinching, discontinue the stretch. You want to feel a tug and a pretty deep stretch in these areas. Breath, Breath, Breath!
